What we collect
Only what you give us. If you fill in a form on this site, we receive your name, your phone number, your email address, and anything you type into the message or the risk check. If you book through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by our scheduling provider under their own terms.
Like most websites, our host records basic technical information such as the pages requested and the general region a request came from. We do not use that to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to book your consultation, and to prepare for that conversation. That is the whole list.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketing companies. We do not send you anything you did not ask for.
Who can see it
Our attorneys and staff, and the service providers we rely on to run the site, host the forms and manage scheduling. Those providers are bound to keep it confidential and to use it only to provide their service to us.
Confidentiality and legal advice
Sending a message through this site does not create an attorney client relationship, and information you send before we formally agree to represent you may not be protected by attorney client privilege. Please do not send sensitive or confidential details until we have spoken and confirmed we can act for you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as we need them, and client records are kept for the periods required by California law and our professional obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal duty we have to retain client records. Email info@amralaw.com and we will deal with it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
