Do it before you're gone.

If something happened to you tomorrow, a judge picks who raises your children and the state decides who gets your home and your savings. Not you. Not the Quran. We fix that, and we leave your family one folder that tells them exactly what to do.

No cost. No pressure. You will know exactly where your family stands when you hang up.

What actually happens

Nobody plans to leave their family a mess. It happens anyway.

You are not avoiding this because you do not care. You are avoiding it because it is uncomfortable and there is always next month. Here is what next month costs if it never comes.

  • 01

A judge chooses who raises your children

Someone who has never met your family, who does not know your deen, sits in a room and picks. It might be the relative you would never have chosen. It might be foster care while they figure it out.

  • 02

Everything freezes in probate for a year or longer

Your wife cannot sell the house. Your kids cannot touch the accounts. The mortgage still wants paying. Probate commonly runs 12 to 18 months.

  • 03

The court takes a cut of what you built

Between 4 and 5 percent of your estate goes to fees before your family sees a dollar. On a home worth a million, that is tens of thousands of dollars gone for paperwork.

  • 04

Your wealth gets divided by California, not by the Quran

State law has its own formula. It does not know faraid. Your parents may get nothing. Your wife may get less than her right. Your amanah gets handled by a spreadsheet.

  • 05

Your family fights, and it never fully heals

When there is nothing in writing, everyone remembers a different promise. Brothers stop speaking. That is the part nobody warns you about.

A family left unprotected while a judge's gavel comes down over them
Two versions of the same week

Same family. One signature apart.

Without a plan

  • A judge names the guardian for your kids
  • Assets are locked while the court works through it
  • Fees eat 4 to 5 percent of everything
  • State law splits the estate, not faraid
  • Your net worth becomes public record
  • Your family carries it alone, in grief

With your plan signed

  • You named the guardian. It is already legal.
  • Your family gets access without asking a court
  • Probate is skipped entirely
  • Shares follow the Quran and still hold up in court
  • Private. Nobody outside the family sees it.
  • They open one binder and know what to do

What happens to your family if you are gone next week?

Six questions. Nothing to fill in until the end. You will see exactly which gaps are open right now.

Question 1 of 6

Do you have a will or a trust that a lawyer prepared and you actually signed?

Question 2 of 6

If both parents were gone tomorrow, is there a guardian named in a signed legal document?

Question 3 of 6

Does your plan divide your wealth using Quranic shares, calculated for your family specifically?

Question 4 of 6

Are your home and your accounts actually titled in the name of a trust?

Question 5 of 6

If you were alive but could not speak, is someone legally allowed to pay your bills and make medical calls?

Question 6 of 6

Has your plan been reviewed in the last three years, after any birth, move, marriage or new property?

    What we do

Six ways your family gets protected.

Most families need two or three of these. On the first call we tell you which ones, and which ones you can skip.

A signed Islamic will with a wax seal

    Islamic will

Your wealth goes where the Quran says it goes, written so an American court will actually enforce it. We run the faraid math for your specific family, so nobody has to guess or argue.

    See how it works
A family home protected inside a shield, skipping the courthouse

    Living trust

The single move that keeps your family out of probate court. No year of waiting, no public file, no fees taken off the top. Your wife and children get access the same week.

    See how it works
Two children standing safely under a protective canopy

    Kids Protection Plan

A will alone does not stop your children being taken into temporary custody on the worst night of their lives. This names the guardians, gives instructions to whoever is there, and puts a card in your wallet.

    See how it works
Savings and property held safely behind a protective wall

    Asset protection

One lawsuit, one bad tenant, one accident, and years of work can be on the table. We put the right structures between your family and people who come looking.

    See how it works
A doctor protected by a shield from an incoming claim

    Doctors and business owners

By 65, almost every physician in a high risk specialty has faced a claim. If your name is on the practice and on the house, they are closer together than you think. We separate them.

    See how it works
A giving hand supporting a mosque dome

    Sadaqah jariyah and waqf

Set up giving that keeps going after you. A waqf or a charitable structure that funds the masjid, the school or the cause you care about, and lowers what your family owes in tax.

    See how it works
    How it works

Three steps. Then you never have to think about it again.

You do not need to understand any of this before you call. That is our job.

    Step one

    The free call

We ask about your family, what you own and who depends on you. You get a straight answer about what would happen today and what it would cost to fix. If you decide to walk away, you still leave knowing more than you did.

    Free, no obligation
    Step two

We build it and walk you through it

We calculate the Quranic shares for your family, draft the documents and sit with you until every page makes sense in plain English. Nothing gets signed that you do not fully understand.

    You approve every line
    Step three

You sign, and it is real

We handle the witnessing and the notarizing, move your home and accounts into the trust properly, and hand your family something they can actually open and follow on the hardest day.

The person you will actually talk to

    Hani Amra

Most lawyers will write you a will. Very few can sit with your family, run the Quranic shares properly, and then build something that a California judge will still enforce. That is the whole job here.

Hani has spent his career on this one thing: helping Muslim families in America pass on what they have without losing it to court, to tax or to a fight. He works with married couples, blended families, reverts, immigrant parents, doctors and business owners. He answers the phone himself.

Before law he worked in real estate and financial consulting, which is why he tends to spot the thing your accountant missed.

    The questions everybody asks first.

Every family is different, so we give you a real number on the first call once we know what you actually need. Some families need one document. Some need a trust, a guardianship plan and a business structure. You will never get a bill you did not agree to first.

    The call itself costs nothing.

We calculate the faraid shares for your actual family, with your actual heirs, and we build the documents around that result. Debts and funeral costs come out first, the discretionary third is handled properly, and mandatory heirs get what is theirs.

Then we make it enforceable under American law, which is the part most people get wrong. A will that follows the Quran but fails your state's rules protects nobody.

Because nobody gets a warning. The families who need this most are the ones with young children at home, and those are exactly the parents who assume they have decades.

You are not planning for the likely thing. You are planning for the thing that would wreck your family if it happened, and that risk is never zero.

A will does not avoid probate. It is a set of instructions for the probate court, so your family still waits, still pays and still ends up in a public file.

A will also does not stop your children being placed in temporary custody the night something happens. If that matters to you, bring your existing documents to the call and we will tell you honestly what they do and do not do.

If you own a home, a trust is almost always worth it. Probate commonly takes 12 to 18 months and consumes 4 to 5 percent of the estate. A trust skips all of it and stays private.

If you rent and your assets are simple, a will plus a few other documents may be all you need. We will tell you if that is you. We would rather you spend less and come back later.

Yes. We work with Muslim families across the United States and the whole process runs on video calls. The office is in Irvine, California, and clients are welcome to come in.

Very common. Almost nobody arrives excited. Come to the first call alone if you need to, get the facts, and then decide together with real information instead of a vague dread.

Most couples find the conversation gets much easier once someone has laid out the actual options.

You talk to Hani. He asks about your family, your home, your accounts, your business if you have one, and who you would want raising your children.

You get a clear picture of what would happen today, what needs fixing, and what it would cost. Then you decide. No paperwork, no pressure.

    The sand is already falling

You will do this eventually. The only question is whether it is in time.

One free call. Thirty minutes. After it you will either have a plan or you will know exactly what to do next. Either way you stop carrying it around.
